Hire Desk Coordinator – North Lanarkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client to join their team as a hire desk administrator. The client would like to hear more about you if you are currently in a similar role having at least one years’ experience behind you to date. The client will look for previous knowledge, experience and to be able to bring this experience to this role to date.

Typical duties will include the following:
-Processing Sales Invoices
-General administration duties
-Proactive approach to problem solving, have a positive attitude.
-A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail.
-Dealing with customer enquiries and queries
-Answering the telephone and redirecting calls
-General filing and data entry

The hours of work are 8am-5:30pm Monday-Friday role with only occasionally working Saturday’s as required. The offering salary is up to £21,000 per annum (potential to earn more depending on experience).
