They are looking for someone with heaps of confidence and real spark to uphold their stirling reputation within the industry.
The successful Candidate will be extremely organised and committed to working with Clients from start to finish, and used to hard work, making between 12-16 Sales per month.
You will need to be able to deal with difficult situations and thrive under pressures and you will be rewarding with a basic and OTE to £50K, plus year end bonus + Company car or car allowance + parking permit.
Working 5 days a week, you will get Sundays and a day off in the week, Hours 8.30am to 7.30pm
Your duties will include :
Liaising with Clients looking and selling Property
Ringing round on new instructions, valuations, canvassing for more business - Door knocking if necessary
Listing new instructions to our database
Complete a certain amount of marketing/advertising
Following through from offer to completion.
The ideal Candidate will be a Team player and be very driven to succeed.
They are looking for someone who is going to bring their 'A game' and be extremely proactive
You need to be a car driver.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am – 7.30pm
