My client is a industry leader in the design, installation, service and maintenance of integrated security, communications and life safety systems for organisations across the UK and they have a an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Service Administrator to join their busy, vibrant office !

Duties & Responsibilities:

< Scheduling engineers’ works
< Liaising with colleagues regularly and ensuring clients are kept updated and informed of progress
< Responsible for scheduling and allocating preventative and corrective maintenance visits
< Managing work flow and prioritising 'jobs' for the engineering team
< Handling both inbound and outbound calls
< Scheduling time slots, return visits and 'booking in' works
< Ensuring that they have all of the necessary parts, equipment and information

Essential Skills:

<Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel – strong IT skills, capacity to become conversant with Bespoke systems
<Excellent oral and written communication skills
<Experience of working in a busy, fast paced office environment 

Working hours are 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break
The company also offers holiday entitlement, pension plan and onsite parking
