Our client, a well-established organisation based in Bristol, are currently searching for a Helpdesk Analyst to join their growing team. You will be working with other teams to ensure that end users are provided with first class IT support.

Duties Include;

• Log calls and requests, and provide tickets
• Resolve issues directly wherever possible
• Escalate unresolvable issues to the relevant team
• Update and report call status at regular intervals
• Review and identify key problem areas and if necessary, assist with developing guidance notes
• Assist Training Manager with preparing for in-house training sessions e.g. liaising with trainees and local IT
• Provide first-line support ensuring that support issues are directed appropriately
• Ensure all issues are logged and dealt with or that users are advised of resolution timescale
• Manage and prioritise own workload

Person Specification;

• Someone who has a good practical understanding of the BIM processes
• Is familiar with using Revit
• Experience working within a helpdesk environment
• Has good inter-personal skills
• Is interested in keeping up to date with the latest technology
• Can help develop a helpdesk mentality
• Can provide desktop support to users employing remote communication (Lync), email etc.

This is a permanent, full time role, offering £18,000 – £22,000 per annum based on experience. The role is based in Bristol and offers the opportunity to learn new technologies in a professional environment.
