My client is a local Business solutions company are looking for an experienced Helpdesk advisor to join their facilities department. You will be the first point of contact for any maintenance and repair issues on behalf of large UK contract.

This position is an ongoing temporary assignment initially for 2 months with a view to being to be extended and will be starting within the next 2 weeks so you should have flexible availability.


JOB PURPOSE: Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the purpose of this role is to support the busy Helpdesk with calls and Administrative duties.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure safe working practices through Health & Safety standards
• Processing and dealing with all requests that come through to the Helpdesk by phone or email and App.
• Maintaining of service call function by working as part of a Team – Keeping to the Service Level Agreement that has been set.
• Daily monitoring of the progress of Work orders including job closures, outstanding WO’s, jobs awaiting parts and feeding this information back to the Retailer by phone and email.
• General administrative duties supporting the Customer Service Manager and working from a shared inbox.
• Meet company expectations in relation to conduct and performance
• Liaise with colleagues, suppliers and Clients
• Report data gaps
• Support line manager as required
• Provide back up support the broader team with critical activities
• Interface with MI platforms

The hours of work are Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm / 9.30-6pm and one Saturday in every 5 weeks with a day off through the week.
