Reed Bolton are proud to be representing our client, a massively growing, market-leading, facilities business who through to continued success are recruiting for 4 Helpdesk Administrators on a Temp-to-Perm basis.

The successful candidates will join a multi-award winning client on a temporary to permanent basis. The team is a vibrant mix of all walks of life and really is a fantastic place to grow and develop.

The pay rate for this position is £20,000 per annum.

Working hours are Mon-Fri, 06.00-14.00 and 14.00-22.00 with some bank holiday work included and possible weekend overtime.

Day to day duties will include the following:

• Receiving all inbound calls and making outbound calls where needed
• Scheduling engineers to attend call outs
• Update client records following each service
• Respond quickly and effectively to client queries
• Providing an excellent customer service at all times
• There will be various admin tasks as requested by the Team Leader/Manager

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

• Previous experience within a similar role is desirable
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage your time are essential
• Must have a good attention to detail
• Must be competent in Microsoft Excel and Word with a minimum of 4 GCSE grade C and above to include Maths and English language.
