My client based in Bolton are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to work on a full time and permanent basis. The current vacancy is based in the spacious head offices in Bolton and is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to take their skills and progress them within the facilities sector.

The client provide facilities services to customers all over the UK and are currently looking for a well-organised candidate to join their Helpdesk team. The role is very fast paced and will involve a lot of attention to detail as the engineers will have specific qualifications for the different types of jobs that are called through. The position is a very fast paced role which will involve making lots of phone calls and generating / sending out lots of paperwork quickly and accurately.


Salary and Benefits:
• Excellent starting salary of £20,000
• Permanent position
• Shift work - Hours are – week 1- Mon-Fri, 06.00-14.00 and week 2 – Mon- Fri 14.00-22.00 (this will rotate on a rolling basis) Some bank holiday work will be included, you will get a higher rate of pay on these days and a day off in lieu), there also may be possible weekend overtime

Key Responsibilities
• Receiving all inbound calls and making outbound calls where needed
• Scheduling engineers to attend call outs
• Update client records following each service
• Respond quickly and effectively to client queries
• Providing an excellent customer service at all times
• There will be various admin tasks as requested by the Team Leader/Manager
• Previous experience within a similar role is desirable
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage your time are essential
• Must have a good attention to detail
• Must be competent in Microsoft Excel and Word with a minimum of 4 GCSE grade C and above to include Maths and English language.
