I am currently recruiting for one of our new and growing clients. My client is looking for someone to assist their busy team on their customer service help desk. The company themselves work alongside large branded names all over the country delivering an efficient and professional support to their niche market.

This role is based in Aintree meaning it is easily accessible via public transport as well as personal.

Working Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm

Paying an hourly rate of National Living wage.


Duties-

• Handling inbound calls
• First point of contact for all customer queries
• Liaise with providers
• Answering customer emails
• Providing excellent customer service

Experience-

• Handling inbound calls
• Confident on MS Office
• Working within a busy office environment
• Good communications skills
