The role:

Taking incoming support calls and logging them on our in house support system.
Updating the customer with the call progress and ultimately call outcome.
Calling the customer for additional information if needed.
Liaising between the support team and the customer.
There is the potential for developing an online training program.

About you:

Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office knowledge
PC skills, e.g. installing software
Customer service experience would be advantageous

Our client is looking to offer the right candidate a salary increase after probation is passed and based on performance, you do not need to drive for the role (preferred) as this is easy accessible by public transport.
