Raise all works orders for remedial non contract work

Raise all works orders for contract costs

Facilitate meetings with contractors as required and take minutes at meetings, circulate agendas and ensure actions from meetings are followed up

Manage day to day running of mailboxes and ensure emails are chased regularly, with queries escalated to Fire officer

Ensure that all FRA actions that are allocated to our fire equipment contractor are competed in timescales

Run report on FRA actions every other day to pick up any new actions that need to be raised to contractor

Reconcile fire and building equipment asset data on contract against data in keystone

Ensure regional teams are trained on how to test fire alarms, organise training through contractors

Consideration of serving Section 20 (when required) for all large / small scale FRA works 

Upload certification for fire into keystone within 48 hours of receipt 

Assist in mailboxes to support the administrator with queries regarding fire servicing across the group

Regularly meet with Building safety team in order to ensure all FRA work is completed, projects are moving forward

Prioritise with contractor any enforcement activity – ensure they are completed within relevant timescales and send confirmation of completion to building safety team

Build a relationship with fire and building contractors and ensure effective communication is maintained

Liaise directly with customers, consultants and third parties as required, supporting other customer facing roles where necessary

Attend sites group wide to support assessors, safety managers, operatives and HSM/sheltered colleagues as required

Support the creation and reporting of KPI’s and ad hoc reporting as required

Support and programme compliance (asbestos) based activity as needed in line with statutory requirements

Safeguarding: I follow all steps outlined in individual and environmental risk assessments as appropriate and follow the Local Authority Adult and Children Safeguarding procedure in conjunction with policies and procedures. 

I work in conjunction with the Risk Management framework, encompassing Health and Safety, Data Protection and demonstrate effective controls and compliance with all statutory, regulatory and policy requirements relating to the management of the business.
