Great opportunity to work for a Healthcare organisation in Leatherhead.
This is a 12 week temporary position to start with then leading to a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Preparing agenda's and presentations
Minute taking
Taking telephone calls
Arranging appointments
Organising and planning events
Supporting teams in project management
Acting as a main point of contact and dealing with complex queries
Running and collating reports
General office duties - filing, faxing, copying

Ideally you should have some experience of working either for the HS or health care sector.
