Reed HR are partnered with a growing company based near Haywards Heath who are recruiting for a temporary Head of Recruitment to manage the day to day running of the HR Employment Services. This is a 3 month FTC with the possibility to go permanent in the future.
You must be immediately available.

- CIPD qualified
- HR expertise
- Has a proven track record of managing a busy schedule
- Coaching line managers
- Resourcing expertise
- Able to apply agenda / policy for change in order to help with salary requests
- Great stakeholder management experience
- Customer focussed
- Able to provide recommendations in the risk assessment process
- Previous people management experience
This role is being advertised between £44-£50K dependent on experience.
