REED Harrogate are recruiting for a company who have a Global presence and are rapidly expanding which is why this role has come available! We are looking for a Head of Sales.
The Head of Sales role will involve:
- Managing a team of 7
- Training and developing new and existing members of the sales team
- Working to company targets and KPI expectations
- Ensuring the sales team are working to and exceeding target and revenue expectations
- Motivating and reviewing sales team members
- Assisting with maintaining client relationships
- Creative and innovative ideas for developing sales
- Monitoring performance of the team
- Updating the senior management team on the sales teams progress
- Ensuring the company marketing plan is implemented and adhered to
- Taking responsibility for increasing Sales revenues
- Ensuring a high team morale and creating a good sales environment
- Develop existing staff sales techniques
- Be actively involved in the recruitment of the sales team
- Monitor KPI activities in the team
- Be Instrumental in the development of the sales team as individuals
- Recognise areas of development and gaps in the current sales team
Experience within an Sales management position would be preferable.
