Their team is small but growing fast, ideas good or bad, creativity and enthusiasm are at the heart of what they do. This influential and intrinsic role is a key position and critical to the day-to-day running of the business.

Working closely with the CEO and Creative Director, you will help shape the brand, and devise and deliver the strategy across ecommerce, print advertising, PR & media relations, social and consumer events


In the role, you will;
• Be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of a team of 4 – Marketing Manager, Online Visual Merchandiser, Social Media Exec and Marketing Assistant
• Alongside the senior management team, you will conceive and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses the below marketing mix, supported by a detailed marketing budget with SMART growth and ROI KPIs
• Be responsible for the management and delivery of ecommerce, print advertising, PR & media relations, social and consumer events
• Brief, liaise, manage and monitor third parties – PR, designers, media and other agents as required
• Handle associated approvals / amends in line with brand image to deliver on time and to budget
• Oversee the digital marketing and ecommerce strategy to include search, affiliates, social media and email campaigns alongside the Marketing Manager and digital team
• Work alongside other heads of department to contribute towards the overall operations of the company


To apply, you will have;
• Experience managing a marketing team
• Strong digital knowledge – social media best practices and email marketing
• A demonstrable track record on delivering consumer engagement and building audiences either online or offline
• A solid grasp of luxury goods and the retail industry which is desirable.
• A successful past within a small business environment with the passion, initiative and energy that makes things happen -entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity and persuasive confidence
• A commercial outlook – know what a good deal looks like, show real responsibility for company investments
