Head of Inside Sales
£45k + Benefits + Bonus
I am working with a leading international provider of Education Services who owing to growth potential are looking to bring on board a Head of Inside Sales focused on effective team management, coaching and commercial development to deliver against set enrolment and conversion targets.
Principal tasks will involve the creation and implementation of goal specific structures, processes and performance metrics aimed at creating your own team culture with the primary focus of driving enrolment, conversion and occupancy figures.
Alongside the management of the existing team you will look to grow head count, bringing on board further team members with a view to deliver consistent year on year growth.
You will be required to design and implement target specific strategies that will enable the business to optimise existing channels as well as explore new routes for development.
This role will require you to be highly analytical + commercial, able to communicate effectively both internally & externally as well be able to coach and nurture a high performing sales environment. You will be required to demonstrate a history of success within B2C, B2B and Corporate sales environments as well experience in creating, managing and developing successful sales teams.
