Key areas of responsibility;
- Develop HR Policies and Procedures and implement any new amendments
- Lead on Investigations, grievances and disciplinaries and ensure best practice is met
- Maintain and deliver induction programmes and offer appraisals where necessary
- You will be responsible for the following areas; Information Governance, Facilities, Health & Safety and attend all required meetings to enable the audit and updating of relevant policies.
The successful candidate will be confident to make professional judgments while considering any legal or financial implications.
Confident preparing business cases with justifiable reasoning and costs
Budget setting is required for relevant areas
You will be CIPD qualified with experience in a similar field.
Experienced in communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent IT, work and Excel skills
Must be flexible to the needs of the business and and an excellent working knowledge of HR process and legal framework.
