A fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef has become available for a fully-fresh and high-quality contract catering company, based in North-West London area.
Hours are Monday to Friday, straight day shifts 6am-3.30pm & some weekend work may be required, also flexibility is required to meet the business requirements/demands.

Head Chef/ Kitchen Manager role:

Overseeing food orders
Food preparation
Menu design 
Delivery of operations
Managing a team of 5/6 members
Stock control/management
Waste management
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
Be open to new ideas and have a flexible mind

You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
