Growth & Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly organised, fast learner, with some experience, but more importantly lots of potential to make an impact on our team, as we move from a strong team to a high performance team.

The right candidate will:
• Be naturally motivated & have an excellent work ethic
• Be process driven with a history of getting things done.
• Have excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Have some flexibility to grow as the growth of the company changes

Whilst initially undertaking a range of team duties including customer service and operational tasks, there will also be some research and information gathering duties to help with our growth strategy. The right person would work closely with the Managing Director.

Software & IT Skills: They should be very comfortable with all generic software. All our systems can be easily taught, but the right candidate would be a quick learner.

The job will cover:
• Operational duties - helping manage processes with the office and truck team as we grow.
• Customer Care - dealing with clients, booking jobs, and engaging with suppliers.
• Duties supporting our growth strategy - help researching new areas & finding suppliers, helping with recruitment, and even negotiating / researching new suppliers

The job role may change or grow as the company expands, and the right person will be flexible enough to make the role their own.

We are looking for a strong candidate who has potential and excellent skills such as working meticulously through lists, and finding solutions.
