The role responsibilities are
• Providing admin support for the Operations team
• Ticket and badge fulfillment with joining instructions, includes proof reading of delegate lists and on-site material.
• Manage evaluation collation and reporting.
• Produce correspondence for awards entrants, speakers, and delegates
• Venue searching and comparison reporting.
• Updating event microsites as required.
• Downloading event data and reformatting to ensure customer friendly.
• Create budgets for specific additional elements for overall event.
• Liaising with suppliers as required.
