A position for a German Speaking Customer Support Coordinator, has become available with our client who is based in Peterborough.

You will be confident and vibrant with a passion for customer care, with fluent German verbal and written skills, attention to detail and accuracy to succeed in this role. 

Responsibilities will include:

-Accountable for the relationship management of specific assigned customer accounts and will ensure that all customer requirements are identified and met. 
-Keeping customer records are kept up to date and maintained in an organised manner. (either electronic or hard copy binder) 
-Receive, validate and process customer orders via email, phone, fax or web.
-Act as the key interface/liaison between the customer, Sales and the internal support organisations. 
-Coordinate custom and stock orders, maintain custom inventory levels at acceptable levels, and work directly with Sales, Manufacturing and Pricing to resolve day-to-day operations involving buy-out products, product quality or pricing discrepancies.
-Manage the customer concern/complaint process, including receipt, review, resolution, and implementation of corrective action, logging/recording and identifying preventative action.


You will have a proven, recent track record in customer service, with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be self motivated, with the ability to identify and solve problems. 

This is a full time position Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. with good benefits.
