German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Reed are currently recruiting for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their Fife based client on a permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure an excellent service is delivered at all times.
A typical day will include:
• Servicing the German speaking customer base including reviewing, processing and acknowledging orders
• Monitoring customer orders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Processing customer complaints
• Working closely with the sales team, finance and procurement to ensure an excellent service is maintained
• Providing pricing details, delivery information and stock availability information to customers
• Servicing other geographical locations (mainly English speaking countries) when required
In order to succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
• A strong customer service background
• Excellent communication skills and able to fluently speak and write in German
• Additional language experience would be beneficial such as Spanish, French and Italian
• Strong IT skills including MS Office as well as knowledge working with an in house CRM system
