Reed Insurance have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Services administrator to join a busy IFA in Glasgow City Centre.

The successful candidate should be able to effectively manage a range of complex activities. You will have experience dealing with a full range of products including Investments, Pensions, Life and Protection. The role will demand a strong focus on process and delivery within agreed timescales.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the financial planners and paraplanners in all aspects of client service delivery.
Gathering information in preparation for client meetings.
Researching and processing new business.

Supporting the Client Manager in a number of key projects.

Ensuring client records are created and maintained to the highest possible standards.

Assisting with the production of client annual reviews.
Processing withdrawal requests and fund switches
Preparing packs for Adviser Appointments

Responding to client enquiries such as requests for valuations.

Ensuring that fees are invoiced correctly and collected from clients.

The ideal candidate will be from a financial services background and will have worked within an IFA practice at an administrative level. You must have experience in financial services to be considered for this role.
