A highly respected national legal organisation who cover various sectors within the industry are looking to add talent to their already established team.

This organisation has had rapid growth in the last decade and are looking to differentiate themselves from the rest and attract high caliber staff to join their business.

• Meet and greet all Clients (internal & external) in a prompt, polite and efficient manner.
• Answer all internal/external telephone calls via the switchboard. This includes answering calls for all national offices when necessary.
• Arranging and accepting meeting room bookings for staff and external clients providing refreshments as necessary.
• Assist with travel arrangements for internal staff when required.
• Ensuring that the premises are maintained to the highest standard.
• Liaising with partners with regard to food and wine requirements for client events and responsibility for booking external caterers.

To be successful in this role you will be a key team player with excellent communication skills and the confidence in dealing with people across all levels. you will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, the ability to multitask with ease and the flexibility to support within the business whenever necessary.

Additionally you will posses a can-do/will do attitude to work, and you will be tactful and discreet when dealing with delicate/confidential issues.  Ideally you will have a proven background in a similar role within a legal or professional services environment and it is essential you will have front of house/reception/telephony within your recent work history.

Essential requirements are intermediate MS Office skills, the ability to work under pressure and flexibility when it comes to working hours.
