I'm currently recruiting for a growing organisation located within modern offices in Basingstoke, Hampshire. 

They're seeking a German Speaking Supply Chain Coordinator on a permanent basis.

If successful you will be joining a great team who will support you during the early stages of your time here.

You will be responsible for the following;

-Account manage allocated vendor accounts with regular reviews and updates of customer demand using reporting systems.
- Control of inventory levels to ensure achievement of company inventory target are met.
- Effective management of phase in /out parts to satisfy customer needs whilst minimising obsolete inventory risk.
- Effective shortage management and proposing solutions to solve daily supply issues with speed.
- Price maintenance through effective communication with sales
- Monitor and improve assigned KPI’s

In order to apply for the role you will need to have :

- Fluent French & English
- Proven experience in customer service and supply chain management.
- Confidence and has goods level of diplomacy when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Organisational skills, prioritising workloads, multi-tasking and attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills .Computer literate with IT skills in Excel & Word.
