I am currently working alongside a multinational engineering company that work across multiple industries and are currently expanding. They are looking to add an enthusiastic and experienced sales administrator who is fluent in French to join the team. You will be working in a large office but in a small team of 6 people based just outside of Reading town centre.
The main duties of the role will be to liaise with external customers/clients in relation to general customer service within the French market, keep accurate records and update customer files, prepare reports, help answer queries in regards to deliveries and repairs, and also other general adhoc administration duties that are required.
To be successful in the role you will need to have had experience working within a sales administrator position, strong IT skills, ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, have excellent customer skills and it is essential you are fluent in French.
The standard working hours are Mon - Thursday 8.15 - 5.15pm and Friday 8.15 - 1.15pm.
