This is a great opportunity for a French speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a great Gloucester based company looking for a new member of their French Customer Accounts team. 

You will be expected to provide high level customer service via various methods of communication in a high paced environment.

You duties will be as follows:

- generating and processing orders
- carrying out online orders 
- following internal processes
- dealing with enquiries and queries from customers
- liaison to ensure delivery expectations are met
- ensure product knowledge is maintained

Key skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a Customer service environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· IT literate, specifically Microsoft Outlook and awareness of full MS Office suite, with good numeracy skills.
· Professional and flexible
· Able to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude even when under pressure.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks
· Able to work as part of a team supporting colleagues and promoting excellent team spirit
· Able to adapt and deal with changing demands
· Be honest and act with integrity taking responsibility for actions
· Ability to work flexible shift patterns
· Ability to identify what the customer wants by actively listening for key words
· Provide constructive feedback to peers when needed both good and negative
· Ability to work within a time sensitive environment
