Successful candidates will be expected to deliver a first class service, ensuring cujstomer delivery is of the highest calibre. Duties and responsibilities will include:- 

- Provide a first point of contact for customers in both English and French across multiple platforms including telephone and email. 

- Responding to customer enquiries in a clear, timely and professional manner. 

- Accurate recording of all customer interactions on the company system. 

- Understanding the customer needs and priorities to provide a 1st time resolution service. 

Successful candidates will ned to be able to demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:- 

- Experience working in a similar role, either face to face or over the phone. 

- Fluent speaker of both English and French. 

- Excellent written skills in both languages. 

- Keen eye for detail.
