Excellent administration and/or co-ordination skills is crucial for this role and the right candidate must be able to speak, read and write French.
The salary for this role will be between £15,000 - £18,000 dependant on experience.
Normal working office hours of Monday - Friday.
The purpose of the role is to provide excellent service to a range of clients by adhering to processes and procedures efficiently, identifying opportunities to improve working practices, sharing best practice and developing specialist knowledge as required.
- You will be managing scheduling and managing events to ensure end to end process delivers a high quality experience to the client, this will also involve liaising with clients and trainers and recording accurate data and information.
- You will also be dealing with any incoming queries/requests and dealing with these in a timely manner.
- Signing off of invoices, and producing client invoices in accordance to contractual agreements made
- Review evaluations of events and address any issues which may arise
- Deal with day to day problems, take ownerships and escalate where needed
- Have a good understanding of SLA's and adhere to KPI's
