My client, a recognised leader in its field, is currently looking for a French Speaking Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team.
The role will be based on the outskirts of Maidenhead so the successful candidate will need to be a driver although there will be some flexibility to occasionally work from home.
You will process hardware orders, support second line customer queries relating to hardware and connectivity issues, monitor queues on ticketing system, log phone calls and complete network escalations.
The role is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
