I am working with a large company in Wick, located just off the ring road who are looking for a new member of the team to help with the coordination of the business.


My client is looking for someone who ideally has existing experience in a coordinator role, managing a large fleet or team of people and can keep up in a fast paced environment. It is essential for you to have worked in a results driven environment.

Duties of this job include, but not limited to:

• Pushing to achieve KPI’s
• Responding to high volume phone query’s and email query’s
• Fantastic customer service skills.
• Processing delivery’s and orders
• Resolve customer issues such as complaints or order changes.
• Negotiate with clients
• Coordinate and organise a large fleet of vehicles.


A good geographical knowledge of the Bristol and South Wales are is desirable but not essential.
