First Line Support Engineer
One of our well established clients, based in North Yorkshire, is looking to bring on board 2 experienced First Line Support Engineers. Due to an increase in workload and demand, my client is looking to recruit ASAP and looking for people who are driven, passionate about IT and have a real desire to progress.
Key Skills / Responsibilities
You will ideally have worked within an IT environment previously and will be able to work under pressure whilst still delivering exceptional customer service.
Technically, you would be able to support end users on a variety of service desk issues, predominantly on a Microsoft stack such as Active Directory, Exchange and O365.
Previous experience of supporting tablets and mobile devices would be desired.
