My client a leading IFA practice is actively looking to recruit a skilled Pensions Administrator from an IFA Administration background with strong personal pensions knowledge the candidate must have a good understanding of Personal Pensions along with SIPP and SSAS. In addition the candidate must have exposure of setting up new plans with pension providers/platforms. In addition you must be obtaining relevant exposure on existing PPP/SIPP Plans for consolidation assessment and implementation.
The role involve processing new business and supporting a team of Advisers and understanding the initial and ongoing adviser chargers and can conduct monthly reconciliations and is able to appreciate the existence of income tax relief, Annual allowance etc.
To be considered you must have the following background
Persona pensions within an IFA background including SIPP
Competent in producing Excel spreadsheets
Comfortable booking appointments with excellent client skills
Ability to support Advisers on the processing side
