Financial Services Administrator - Salary dependant upon experience + Benefits North Leeds

I am delighted to be working in partnership with a well known Financial Services practice, who have an excellent reputation in the market.
My client is currently looking to recruit and Administrator to add to the growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity if you have had exposure to Financial Services and helping to service accounts.
My client is happy to interview and start someone as soon as possible.

As a successful candidate, on a daily basis you will be required to:

Reporting to the Practice manager, main duties will include:
Supporting Financial Advisors with full administrative support
Downloading Bank entries, updating cash sheets & inputting to a back-office system 
Bank reconciliations
Logging and paying supplier invoices
Checking and processing expense claims
Processing commission statements
M.I. reporting to Directors and Practice Manager
Opening, scanning and distribution of post
Ordering stationary supplies
Scanning & binding reports
Setting up new clients 
Data input of fact find information onto back office system



In order to apply you will:
Have previous experience of working within the Financial Services industry, within a support admin function.
Be able to work on own initiative with great attention to detail
·Strong interpersonal skills, drive & energy
·Motivated by working in a fast-paced environment
·Organised and able to prioritise
·A can-do attitude
·Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with grade C or above in Maths & English
·Able to use software packages such as Excel/Word/Outlook
·Excellent analytical/numeracy skills
