My client is seeking a Financial Services Administrator for their technology focused, fast paced administration team, to support the businesses whole of market Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in their Fareham based office.
Ideal candidates will have experience working within a financial advisory practice or provider carrying out an administration function. You will have excellent communication skills and be efficient and organised.
Manage and arrange Client annual review appointments
Liaising with product providers and other relevant third parties
Supporting Paraplanners in research and analysis to meet the Client needs and objectives
Sending Letters of Authority
Preparing paperwork for client meetings
Managing new business recording, submission and tracking
