We are recruiting for a friendly IFA practice based in Guildford, they are looking for a Financial Services Administrator who would be able to work on a full time basis and would be seeking to develop within company and would be interested in taking financial exams which will be funded for by the company.

The right candidate will support the administration function of the business, obtain client data and assist colleagues with general administrative tasks.

Your role will include obtaining policy valuations for inclusion within advisory reports, review reports and client valuation statements. In addition to this important function, you will complete basic administration tasks and assist the support team.

Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a competitive employee benefits package, including fully funded training for CII 

Ideally you would have some Financial experience which has been with an IFA previously but this is not essential.  You will need good written communication skills, be a good communicator and have the desire to progress into the Financial planning arena.  

You will need good attention to detail and be able to be confident on the phone speaking with clients and providers.
