A exceptional client that specialises in Financial advice covering whole of market products has the opportunity for a new recruit for the Financial Planning Admin team.  We would be looking to speak to candidates asap about this brilliant opportunity with a company that offers exceptional support for all there employees and a happy, fun and professional working environment. 

To work closely with the company’s financial planners, paraplanners and practice manager to support the client advisory process, playing a key role in providing an all-important, administration function.
To be forward thinking, good with technology, and have excellent attention to detail and a hunger to grow with the business.
A proactive role which requires you to build and strengthen relationships with office colleagues, clients, providers and all other associated third-parties.

• Work with the Financial Planner and Paraplanner to:
• prepare information as applicable for client meetings
• ensure that post meeting requirements for information and signature are clearly marked and summarised so that the need for follow up calls and request for information is minimised

• Establish and maintain electronic client files in line with company standards, ensuring that:
• they are up to date at all times and all contact related to the client's needs or enquiries is contemporaneously recorded in the database
• they are fit for purpose
• information is ordered and retrievable
• records are appropriately stored at all times
• records are readily available for spot checks, compliance and regulatory audits as requested



• Relevant experience gained within an IFA environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to prioritise and juggle workload
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Tenacity and ability to see things through to completion
• Client confidentiality
• Team work
• Excellent record keeping skills
• Sound knowledge of CRM systems
• Sound knowledge of platforms
