A successful financial practice is looking to recruit for their offices in Glossop.  Its an exciting opportunity to be part of a high performing team providing full administrative support to two Senior IFA's, in addition to supporting the Marketing department. Your role would be to offer the most efficient, professional and effective client service possible with a high focus on quality.

Key Duties:
• Dedicated support and the day to day running of the practice
• Processing and monitoring of business (new and existing);
• Inputting and maintaining confidential client records and managing accurately and efficiently;
• Diary Management, preparing meetings packs and arranging client meetings;
• Ordering stationery, office equipment
• Supporting local client servicing and marketing campaigns.
• Assisting the Client Servicing Director and Client Servicing Manager with key projects.
• Welcoming clients and professional connections to the office.

Key skills required:
• Experience of working as an administrator/PA/secretary within Financial Services, preferably IFA
• Strong IT skills, MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel);
• Excellent organisational and communication skills;
• Good numeracy skills with close attention to detail;
• High levels of integrity, handling confidential information and sensitive matters in a professional manner at all times;
