A really exciting opportunity has arisen with a highly successful financial advice firm in Rotherham, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Financial Administrator, in a view to expand their team. You will be providing support for Financial advisors on an administrative level.
Full time: Permanent role
Location: Rotherham

As the successful Financial Administrator your duties will be:
- Willing to work towards becoming a paraplanner
• Systems Administration - Input Applications on Provider systems as well as in house system
• File reviewing
• Preparing suitability reports/letters.
• Telephone call duties to include liaising with banks, insurers, clients etc.
• Support cases through to completion.
• Bank Reconciliations
• Responding to emails, faxing, scanning, keeping office and meeting room tidy and organised, filing, greeting guests, stationary procurement.
• Ensure all mail is actioned on the day received
• General admin support to the Principles
Please note experience of working in the financial services/ Banking industry is essential. Excellent communication, time management and analytical skills are also important.

As the successful Financial Administrator you would be a professional and reliable person, who is confident in dealing with people, both on the phone and in person, have a can-do attitude, with the willingness to get the job done and have attention to detail. You will be willing to learn and take on new challenges on a daily basis. In return we offer a professional and friendly working environment.
