Our client in Wolverhampton is looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join their rapidly growing finance team.

What’s the role?

We need to manage our resources efficiently so we can inspire people to be the very best they can be. My job is to:

• Be accountable for making sure we report information accurately and on time
• Inspire my team to be their very best by delivering great control, insight and leadership
• Be specifically responsible for delivering Bromford’s management accounts and annual financial statements

What will I have to do?

• Deliver management accounts accurately and on time and collaborate effectively with other teams to make this happen
• Be responsible for making sure annual financial accounts are prepared on time and accurately – and that we achieve a clean audit report
• Be responsible for leading a team that is efficient and delivers excellent control – and achieves a clean audit report.

• Review audit recommendations and instigate improvements
• Actively lead 12 to 24 month planning in my business area so that we can achieve our business goals
• Be agile in my approach to all tasks that support the wider team– whatever it takes to do my job well
