The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, coming from a IFA practice background with whole of market administration experience, it would be advantageous if you have worked on Inteliflo.
Administrative support to team of Paraplanner and Financial Planners
Dealing with client or provider queries promptly
Diary management/ booking in review meetings
Producing client review packs are completed in a timely manner
Distribution of letters of authority and collating policy information from providers
Fund performance analysis via FE Analytics
Maintaining client platform accounts, sale and subscribe, rebalancing and withdrawals
