Local Country Manager & C.E.O based in Benelux.
Functional reporting to Group Finance Dept and C.F.O. based in Italy.
1 local Accounts Assistant.
To ensure that the Finance function of SDF UK is managed and controlled in accordance with SDF Group guidelines and all relevant/applicable UK Accounting Standards and regulations.
This includes all the usual areas of P & L and Balance Sheet accounting, Cash & Treasury Management, Monthly and annual reporting requirements (Group and Statutory).
As Company Secretary, filing of all statutory returns and Board Minutes as required.
All local HR and Employment related matters including Employee contracts and Payroll & Pension Management. Liaison with Outside advisers on all areas of employee benefits.
All local and Group Insurance matters.
Nominated F.C.A representative.
Responsible for local property management (new premises project on-going).
Responsibility for local vehicle fleet management.
Main Computer Systems:
SAP and Hyperion reporting packages
Usual Microsoft Office packages, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
