Our Client is a pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization and is present in more than 100 countries and employs around 132,000 people. As a result of growth of this organization we are looking for candidates for a position of Financial Controller.


- Establishing and overseeing processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information in line with the highest quality standards;
- Overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serves as the interface to Local Business Unit Controller and Global Product Group Controller;
- Evaluating financial implications of various strategic decisions, builds scenarios and recommends actions;
- Monitoring progress achieved and providing insight and analysis to support operational decision-making;
- Identifying commercial and financial risks and opportunities from business propositions;
- Ensuring high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules;
- Supporting internal and external audits;
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant Local/Country/Division/Region Controllers, Accounting Center, and other internal customers.


- University degree (preferably in finance & accounting, economics, econometrics, IT/IS or mathematics);
- At least 5 years of professional experience on similar position in manufacturing company;
- Fluency in SAP;
- Experience in implementing new initiatives will be an asset;
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and readiness to implement them due to business requirements;
- Excellent command of the English and Polish language (both spoken and written);
- Excellent analytic thinking, problem structuring and problem solving skills;
- Ability to independently plan and organize work;
- Ability to deliver results to deadlines and to handle stress;
- Good communication skills, dynamics and pro-activity in action.
