Calling all Financial Controllers!
A client in the Luton area is looking for an all round experienced Finance professional to come on board and manage the Finance function. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to come in and put their stamp on things and make the role their own!
Your duties will include:
- Managing multiple company accounts
- Financial processes - including systems and controls
- Prepare statutory accounts
- Budget preparation and presentation to board members
- Handling VAT
- All ledger duties
- Liaise with external accountants regarding audit, preparing year end file
- Cost planning and cash flow models
- Raising debt with lenders
- Financial analysis
- Payroll
Your experience must include:
- Qualified (ACCA, CIMA etc)
- Strong IT skills - including Excel
- System experience on Xero
- Knowledge of CIS payroll
- Excellent communicator
- Experience of working in the Property/Construction industry (Ideally)
