My client are currently searching for a Financial Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. The role will require a well rounded individual with good financial knowledge and understanding.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and able to commit to a temporary assignment.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assist in producing and completing sales invoices and credit notes
- Posting invoices on to the Purchase Ledger
- Ensure reconciliation and accuracy of recorded figures
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operational running
- Using bespoke accountancy systems to manage data and reports
- Other ad hoc duties as required
