My client is seeking for an experienced, self- motivated, hardworking Financial Planning Administrator to join their administration team.
Duties As Followed:
Reporting to Administration Manager
General admin and office duties
Arranging internal fund reviews and reports to be written
Preparing reports for sending to clients, including gathering enclosures and preparing forms.
Submitting new businesses
Adhering to internal procedures, including data protection and compliance requirements
Liaise with clients and deal with any enquires
Book client meetings and preparing packs for these meetings
Providing support to the advisers and ensuring that they have everything required for their appointments.
Provide support to the office to ensure tasks are completed
Experience within Financial Services
Good attention to detail
Excellent Verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook
Adaptable to changing procedures
