My client is a well-known IFA practice based in Dorking. My client is seeking a Financial Administrator to join their team due to ambitious growth plans.
Ideal candidates will come from a background within administration.
Providing client review meeting support, producing the documentation packs needed.
Liaising with clients and building client relationships
Updating internal systems with information provided
Updating of the assets and liabilities registry
Managing individual workflow and task delivery
2 years minimum Office administration experience preferably within a financial services environment
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Experience using Microsoft Office Programs
Experience of IRESS/Advisor Office is desirable
