We are looking for a Finance Team Leader to join a fantastic busy office in West Swindon.
This will be a temp-perm position and you will be supporting the Finance department managing around 8-9 people. They are a well-established, friendly and welcoming team who communicate well together and are consistent in delivering results.
There are lots of facilities within the office building, it's easy to get to from the town centre and from the M4 and there is car parking on site.
The hourly rate will be dependent on experience.
Your duties will include:
- Managing the transactional accounting team (Both AR/AP teams)
- Performance reviews
- Daily allocation work to meet SLA
- Direct Debit payments
- Processing Manual Payments
- Query resolution
- AP & AR account reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Cash allocation
- Other adhoc finance duties such as managing workflow and volumes
We are looking for someone that has very strong accuracy as well as attention to detail for all tasks.
You will also have great organisation and people skills with the ability to manage a team efficiently.
Good Excel skills is essential as you will be doing things such as Pivot tables and V lookups.
