Our client is a leading healtcare provider, currently recruiting for a Finance Supervisor.

Overall responsibility for the supervision of a finance team of 4 to undertake day-to-day management of the accounts payables / receivables function, and other tasks as required by Management

• Maintain the payroll and part of the accounting systems, ensuring they are up-to-date from an administrative, operational and billing point of view. Implement as much automation as possible to the smooth running of the operations; undertake regular audits to ensure integrity of processes
• Manage the accounts receivables function, for example, invoicing reconciliations, debt chasing / outstandings, weekly/bi-weekly and 4-weekly routines
• Deal with all pay and invoice related enquiries and relevant reports / reporting (eg to HMRC, year end, P11d etc.)
• Manage auto enrolment process (pensions); petty cash, expenses, shopping money float
• Submission of quality / key indicators reports
• Management and day-to-day running of the car fleet
• Carry out any other duties reasonably required of the post.

• Experience / knowledge of Sage Payroll 50 & Sage Accounts 50 desirable
• Experience of managing a team of accounts staff
