Reed Professional Contracts are delighted to have been asked to assist our client with the recruitment of their Graduate Scheme. The scheme offers a two-year structured program aimed at developing talent to build the leaders of the future. My client are a well-respected financial services organisation who are looking for business minded graduates to join their mortgages area of the business.

The team you will be joining are part of the Mortgage Centre of Excellence and provide high quality service to customers who are taking out new mortgages (Pre-Completion) and those who have an existing Mortgage or Loan (Post-Completion & Servicing).

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Reviews and Operational improvements
- Co-ordination of activity across multiple teams and work-streams
- Presentation of ideas and actions to Business Manager and business forums, including Senior Leaders
- Implementation of change by working together
- Analysis and identification of business trends
- Building and operating control models
- Incident management support
- Report writing
- Local Project management responsibilities
- Building of relationships

Key Requirements:

- Relevant 2:1 degree (Business, IT, or one with high numeracy content)
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Location: This is based out of Teeside

Pay & Benefits: £27,000 per annum with a generous holiday allowance, pension scheme and discretionary annual bonus.

Working Hours: 35 Hours per week (Monday - Friday) with some flexibility required to work out of normal office hours and overnight stays if dedicated by business requirements

Start Date: 2nd October 2017
