My client, one of Leeds leading charities, have an exciting opportunity for a part time Finance Officer. Based in Bramley, you will work from the firms head office within their finance team.

The role will involve:

• Monthly & quarterly, timely and accurate grant monitoring, management and reporting as per Funder requirements to support operational managers.
• Management of small funding grants.
• Inputting Budget Information on Sage for reporting.
• Facilities co-ordinator – oversee centralization of current contracts & processes across the group
• Asset Register co-ordinator – oversee maintenance of asset register across the group.
• Cover for the Finance Assistant role with Sage accounts transactions when required.
• Provide cover to the Payroll Officer role with Sage Payroll transactions when needed.
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with clients and contacts in respect of administrative duties.
• Provide administrative support to the senior finance team.

• A good communicator and team player
• Be keen to work for a charity

This is a fantastic opportunity, it is a flexible part time role, 21 hours a week, which could be worked over 3,4 or 5 days, with a flexible start times. The salary is £20,000 pro-rata, 25 days holiday, pro-rata, plus bank holidays, and free parking.
